Curated by Aisha Imani Sanaa, Dear Mr. Glasper: A Black Visual Response to Black Radio is inspired by Robert Glasper’s Black Radio series. Featuring Josh OneThou Williams alongside other participating artists, this exhibition brings together ten boundary-breaking creatives who translate sound into visual force through painting, mixed media, and film.

This is a bold conversation between rhythm and canvas, culture and creation.

18th & Vine Arts Festival 2026

Josh One Thousand Williams and Stitched by Stonii will be joining the 18th & Vine Arts Festival 2026 as Thousand Phases LLC, bringing together original visual art, handcrafted design, family, partnership, and creative legacy.

Founded and led by Marquez “Quez” Beasley through the 18th & Vine Arts Festival Foundation, the festival celebrates Black art, culture, creativity, and community in Kansas City’s Historic 18th & Vine Jazz District.

Join us as Thousand Phases LLC participates in this cultural weekend and continues building a creative movement rooted in identity, resilience, and legacy.

Mission in Motion: An Avila University Exhibition

Curated by Daisha Maria Breona, Mission in Motion is an exhibition inspired by Avila University’s mission and values, the exhibition invites emerging artists to interpret what it means to put purpose into action.

Through themes of community, service, compassion, social justice, connection, and positive impact, the show transforms values into visual expression. Josh 1Thou Williams joins fellow emerging artists in bringing his own creative voice to the conversation, exploring how purpose can move through art, people, and community.
