IRON INNOCENCE

$12,000.00

Iron Innocence was created from the weight of personal loss and the strength required to keep standing through it.

At the center of the painting, a boy stands with clenched fists, locked eyes and an unshakable presence. Around his waist, rests a glowing champion belt, not only as a symbol of victory, but as a tribute to the inner strength, survival and the spirit that refuses to stay down.

This piece was born after the loss of my older brother, his passing reopen and intensified the chain of grief already carried from the loss of my father, my cousin and my daughter. Rather than explain that pain emotionally the painting holds it visually: a child standing firm, not because life has been easy, but because surrender was never the answer.

This child represents the fighter within us all—the part that still believes victory is possible after grief, adversity, and doubt. This work is not only about being strong. It’s about staying strong. It’s about reclaiming your power in the face of pain.

For the ones we’ve lost.

For the child inside.

For the victory we owe ourselves.
